At Hiraya Jewelry Shop, we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, please review our policy below:

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note, for a refund to be processed, you must provide video proof of unboxing and the item’s condition. Without this video, we will be unable to proceed with the refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare products and worn jewelry may not be eligible for a refund, so please check the product description for specific exclusions.
