Our Shipping Policy

At Hiraya Jewelry Shop, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience, and that includes fast and efficient shipping. Please read our shipping guidelines below to ensure your order arrives as expected.

1. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods such as sales, holidays, or promotions.

2. Shipping Rates

We charge a flat fee of 20 AED for all orders up to 5kg. This fee covers the cost of shipping via our trusted third-party courier service. The shipping rate is automatically applied during checkout, based on the weight of your order.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping within United Arab Emirates via trusted carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to assist you and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
